'No win, no fee' is the common term to describe a Conditional Fee Agreement. But what does that mean for you in practical terms?
It means that when we take on your case we will only be paid if we are successful and our payment is recovered from the losing party, not from you. You get to keep 100% of the compensation awarded. All costs (or disbursements in legal jargon) are also paid by the losing party. So no risk to you.
But what if your claim is unsuccessful? What happens then? Firstly, you won't have to pay us a penny - no hidden charges, no exceptions. Any costs incurred (e.g. court fees, medical report fees) are covered by insurance which we'll arrange. So, even if you lose the case, there's still no risk to you in making a claim.
